In compliance with the Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, INMOBILIA DESARROLLOS, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter "the Real Estate") with address in the street without number and without crosses in the cadastral table 24776 in Chablekal, Yucatan, C.P. 97300, has the conviction to protect the personal information provided by its customers (hereinafter "Personal Data") and is responsible for its treatment (term defined below) when they are collected directly by it or through any electronic means of its property.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
The Real Estate may request and/or collect directly, the Personal Data of the clients for their commercial use, disclosure and/or storage by any means ("Processing") for the purposes indicated below. The Real Estate and/or any third party that becomes involved in any phase of the Processing of Personal Data will keep confidentiality regarding the same when they have such character, according to the legal dispositions applicable in the United Mexican States (hereinafter "Mexico").
CONSENT.
The entry and/or registration of Personal Data implies the full and unreserved consent of customers for the Processing of their Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice. In the event that Financial Data (as defined below) is required, it will be necessary for the user to give express consent before providing such data.

The Personal Data provided by the clients at the time of their entry and/or registration have different purposes such as: (i) to receive the services and/or products contracted by the client, (ii) to generate statistical information, and (iii) other uses necessary for the correct commercialization of the services and/or products of the Real Estate, which may include, but are not limited to, the following: For the purchase of lots, houses or subscription of shares: -Full name -Address (street, exterior number, interior number, neighborhood, zip code, state, county or municipality), Telephone number-Telephone number-Age-Marital status-E-mail address-Credit or debit card number (hereinafter the "Card") *-Banking Institution to which the Card belongs*-Name appearing on the Card*-Card expiration date*-Card security code* *Data requested for customers to pay by credit or debit card for the Real Estate product (hereinafter "Financial Data").
MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA.
The Real Estate has physical, technical and administrative security measures for the protection of Personal Data provided by customers. If you wish to stop receiving promotional messages via email and/or printed and/or telephone from the Real Estate, you can request it through legal@yucatancountry.com.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA.
The Real Estate may disclose, divulge and/or transfer within and outside the country the Personal Data (with the exception of financial data) provided by customers to a third party, including without limitation, to its affiliates, subsidiaries and/or related companies, as well as to suppliers, sponsors, advertisers, contractors and/or business partners for commercial purposes, such as providing statistical data to potential advertisers, sending advertising to customers according to their specific interests, conducting market research, and other activities or promotions that the Real Estate deems appropriate. The third parties that receive the information related to the Personal Data of the clients are obliged to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Notice, as well as with the Terms and Conditions of the Site and the applicable legislation in Mexico.The owner of the Personal Data provided through the Site accepts its transfer in the terms described in this Notice.
MEANS OF EXERCISING THE RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS OF PERSONAL DATA AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT.
By virtue of the fact that the Real Estate at all times treats the Personal Data in accordance with the applicable legislation, at all times the clients have the right to:-Access their Personal Data;-Rectify their Personal Data when it is inaccurate or incomplete;-Cancel their Personal Data;-Oppose for legitimate cause the Treatment of their Personal Data, and/or Revocate their consent for the treatment of their Personal Data at any time, in order to stop the use of the same.-Revocate their consent for the treatment of their Personal Data at any time, in order to stop the use of the same. The exercise by customers of the aforementioned rights shall be subject to the applicable laws and regulations in force in Mexico.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA.
In accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties, "Sensitive Personal Data" means: "those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future state of health, genetic information, religious, philosophical and/or moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, sexual preference".In the event that the real estate comes to require Sensitive Personal Data from customers, they must provide their express consent.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE.
The Real Estate reserves the right to modify the content of this Privacy Notice at any time. Any change in the Privacy Notice will be informed to its clients by sending a personal notice, once the Privacy Notice is known and signed by the client, it will automatically come into effect.
