What is Inmobilia Integrity?
Inmobilia Integrity is the means to propose improvements or report breaches of the Code of Conduct in a confidential, anonymous, secure, cost-free, and easy-to-use manner. The system is operated by EthicsGlobal, experts in report management.
EthicsGlobal, as an independent external company, ensures confidentiality and anonymity to all whistleblowers. With the above, Inmobilia Integrity assures all employees, suppliers, and customers that the monitoring and resolution process will be carried out with total transparency and objectivity.
The integrity of an organization has a direct impact on its reputation and success. If you have questions about what is the right way to behave, or if a person is not acting according to the Code of Conduct of Inmobilia Integrity, you have the responsibility to say it and the right to have safe, easy, confidential, and in its case anonymous methods to do it.
According to our Code of Conduct, each reported case is investigated to apply the situation warrants' corrective measures.
Inmobilia Integrity requires that all its Employees, Suppliers, and Customers adhere to our Code of Conduct, complying with the company's standards and policies and the laws, rules, and regulations of all the countries where we operate.

How does it work?
The informant tries to have all the information related to the case and evidence material if available by answering the questions: Who? When? Where? How?
The informant talks on the phone or contacts an advisor via chat.
He/she connects with an advisor who will listen and support him/her by asking several relevant questions to receive a proper investigation.
The advisor will provide alternatives for sending evidence if available.
The informant receives a tracking code, which is very important to keep for future reference.
The informant tries to have at hand all the information related to the case, answering the questions: Who? When? Where? How?
The informant sends an email to reporteinmobilia@ethicsglobal.com describing the facts.
An advisor will send a folio number, which is very important to keep to follow up on the report.

V.
